Gennaro has over 30 years of professional experience, with nearly 20 years as a senior executive, in the Construction Management of projects from inception to completion and the oversight, directing mentoring and training of staff/team members at all levels.  He has been involved in all facets of the industry, including Business Development, Preconstruction and Construction Services. 

Having completed over $2B in construction projects and more than $20B of estimates and budgets, Gennaro has extensive experience in commercial, institutional, retail, healthcare, multi-family residential, senior housing/assisted living, transportation and education facility construction in both the public and private sector and is extremely experienced in DoD work having constructed several MilCon projects for USACE, NAVFAC and AFCEE including IDIQ, MATOC and MACC’s. 

He is a licenced certified general contractor in the State of Florida and served on several boards including the Deptford Township Planning Board, the City of Philadelphia Urban and Housing Development Board and the Variance Board in the City of Tampa. His management, conceptual estimating, planning, budgeting, scheduling and value engineering skills are a key asset to enhance the overall coordination and constructability of a project. He has received several award of recognition and his background and skills were instrumental in making his former organizations  earn Top 10 General Contractors in Hawaii, Tampa Bay "Business of the Year" in 2007 and the "Fastest Growing Company" in the Tampa Bay Area in 2008 and top 10 construction companies in the Delaware Valley.

As a business unit regional general manager, business construction co-owner, business principal, pre-construction and construction executive, Gennaro thoroughly understands mentoring staff, nurturing clients, business development, P&L responsibility, dealing with consultants, governing authorities, subcontractors, vendors, national account supply chains and ensuring that the stakeholders achieve their goals.  As a senior construction executive, Gennaro understands Financials, WIPs, EBITDA, bonding and banking relationships and overall operations.  

Gennaro has worked for and help grow various construction companies having yearly backlogs ranging from $1 million to $1 billion and can help you get you to the next level.
